The Stoughton market has been quite interesting this past month. Over 31 properties have sold or under agreement in the past month. There are 31 homes under $300,000. Great News For Home Buyers! There has been some tough news reported in the last week regarding the market. Banker & Tradesman reports single family homes in Mass slip to the lowest point in 15 years. 5% fewer homes sold this past summer compared to last summer. The inventory of 159 homes in Stoughton has never been better for buyers to select the perfect house at a great price. The mortgage lenders like Randolph Savings Bank are bending over backwards to give the loans to the qualified buyers.

Real Estate Market update.The 30 day town statistics indicate that there has been a continued changing market. as buyers still have a fantastic advantage in finding the property and negotiating a great deal. The stats are as follows.12 single family homes have been sold with an average selling price of $359,000 and 95 days on the market. 3 Condo's have been sold with an average selling price of $208,000 and 130 days on the market.. There are 148 single family homes with a 12 month supply and 66 condo's with a 22 month supply. Its a great timefor buyers to jump into the market.
