The Stoughton market has been quite interesting this past month. Over 31 properties have sold or under agreement in the past month. There are 31 homes under $300,000. A great buying opportunity for first timers or investors. There are so many great bargains to be had. We conducted a first time home buyer’s seminar that attracted over 30 interested parties! With Massachusetts being on the leading edge of the downturn a few years back all indications are that we will be one of the first to rebound. The Boston areas are rebounding well already and a few real estate offices reporting the best year they have ever had. The current national market has overall sales at the same level of 2002, which in it self was a record breaking year. 2007 will not go down as a record breaking year. The groundwork has been established for upward momentum in the market. Stoughton real estate is a great value. The town has so much to offer, reasonably priced and boasts a great location.
