Having owned his own residential construction company, Jim brings to the team an extensive knowledge of property from the ground up, and his clients are assured a thorough and in-depth evaluation of quality in their potential homes.
Adding to his entrepreneurial accomplishments, Jim previously owned twenty three rental units, and has developed a great understanding of resident needs, as well as real estate investing. Much like his fellow agents at Layton Real Estate, Jim holds a high personal standard of customer service and delivers his clients the most valuable and reliable service possible.
He is a member of the Tri-County Board of Realtors, the National Association and Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College. Jim is married with three adult children, and is a long time resident of Taunton.
